General Description:
 

A Service Engineer is responsible for the service & maintenance of ELV systems according to Convergint’s standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
 

• Quickly and efficiently solve client's ELV system issues, including security systems, audio-visual (AV) systems and cabling
• Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations and systems training.
• Ensure the quality of Convergint services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests in the assigned region.
• Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements: 
 

• Diploma or High Diploma or above in Electronics, Electrical, Computer or related discipline.
• With 1-2 years' work experience in ELV systems and installation.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work overtime which will be entitled to OT pay.
• Have valid Security Personnel Permit (Cat D) is an advantage.
• Immediately Available Preferred.
