Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle mass update of donor and child information in CRM system
Prepare notification letter on the information update
Assist section supervisor in quality review on child data
Liaise with overseas offices on data discrepancy follow-up

Job Requirements:

Post secondary or above, preferably with working experience in administration support or customer services
knowledge in MS Excel
Detail-minded, high quality awareness with accuracy and efficiency
With strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently
On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
