Job Description:

• Source and manage insurance industry awards, focusing on identifying relevant awards and handling the submission process. Write testimonials to demonstrate how the insurer and staff have successfully committed to the development of professionalism. This role falls under the purview of the Agency Distribution Training department.
• Research and identify prestigious industry awards and recognition opportunities that align with the insurer's brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Agency Distribution Training team to gather information and insights that highlight successful initiatives, achievements, and professionalism within the organization.
• Craft compelling award submissions that showcase the insurer's achievements, initiatives, and contributions to the industry, emphasizing the role of agency distribution training in nurturing professionalism.
• Write persuasive and impactful testimonials that effectively communicate the insurer's commitment to professionalism, quality service, and industry leadership, with a focus on the impact of agency distribution training on staff development.

Job Requirements:
