- Source and manage insurance industry awards, focusing on identifying relevant awards and handling the submission process. Write testimonials to demonstrate how the insurer and staff have successfully committed to the development of professionalism. This role falls under the purview of the Agency Distribution Training department.
- Research and identify prestigious industry awards and recognition opportunities that align with the insurer's brand and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Agency Distribution Training team to gather information and insights that highlight successful initiatives, achievements, and professionalism within the organization.
- Craft compelling award submissions that showcase the insurer's achievements, initiatives, and contributions to the industry, emphasizing the role of agency distribution training in nurturing professionalism.
- Write persuasive and impactful testimonials that effectively communicate the insurer's commitment to professionalism, quality service, and industry leadership, with a focus on the impact of agency distribution training on staff development.
- Coordinate and compile necessary documentation, supporting evidence, and supplementary materials for award submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to submission guidelines.
- Manage the submission process, including tracking deadlines, following up on submission status, and providing regular updates to stakeholders within the Agency Distribution Training department.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging award opportunities to enhance the insurer's chances of winning accolades and recognition, showcasing the effectiveness of agency distribution training.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance industry award marketing and management, preferably within the context of agency distribution training.
- Excellent Chinese and English writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging testimonials and award submissions that highlight the impact of agency distribution training on staff development.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify relevant industry awards and understand submission requirements, with a focus on recognizing the efforts of agency distribution training initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including agency distribution channels, and a strong understanding of the importance of professionalism and staff development through training.
