• Provide professional customer services and sales support
• $15,000 - $25,000 plus discretionary bonuses
• 5-day work week

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/operational support to sales teams. 
• Handle customers’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with different teams to coordinate the project progress.
• Prepare performance reports and update clients regularly. 
• Follow up orphan customer servicing and potential clients.
• Assist in digital marketing, online and offline marketing activities or social media content creation 

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE graduates (who passed in 5 subjects) or above.
• Recent Graduate and IANG will also be considered.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibilities.
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage.
