Role Description
- New position focusing on cryptocurrency and digital assets
- Assist in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist in managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree or above in finance, accounting or economics
- Enjoys business development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA) is preferred
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
