Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist supervisor to develop and maintain Donor Portal and to generate data for digital communication with sponsors
- To monitor quality and schedule of rich media content submitted by field offices
- To communicate with overseas offices on production and delivery matters of child reports
- To support section, department and corporate functions
Other Responsibilities:
- To support ad hoc projects/tasks
- To perform other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisors
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder in communications, social science or translation/language-based discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in communication or related fields
- Proficiency in written Chinese and English
- Good command in MS Word and Excel
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
