Due to continued growth, this global insurance company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its dynamic team, offering regional exposure and a strong commission structure.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain relationships with existing client groups with different premium values 
• Develop and manage new business accounts passed from the BD team assigned while building strong relationships with current clients
• Work closely with operations team for the renewal process and paperwork from pre-renewal stage to post renewal until completion of payment
• Manage agreements and negotiations on the terms, benefits, pricing, review the final proposal as they will be the ones to execute to the client
• Take part in quarterly review meetings including meetings with decision makers
• Oversee and support subordinates on any queries about policies from the clients and resolve issues that cannot be solved by admin or claim support
• Work closely with other regional offices to ensure excellent Client servicing

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications in IIQE 1,2 & 3 is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Property/Casualty insurance, with any experience in Financial Lines being an advantage
• Great communication skills, drive strategic initiatives and skilled negotiation, company and customer expertise, familiar with the insurance needs for individual or group customers is a plus
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
