Responsibilities:

• Handle sample development, production follow up till shipment, quality control being required but not frequently
• Coordinate with in-house designers and buying team, overseas teams and factories
• Follow up production/shipment schedule closely with all factories and markets.
• Monitor both the quality and on-time delivery for every shipment
• Experience in handling woven, sweater, cut and sewn products

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Textile and Clothing
• Strong in sweater and high end fashion production will be an advantage
• At least 6 years solid experience in retail merchandising  
• Mature, self-motivated, detailed oriented, flexible, willing to learn and hands on wide aspects of garments retail business, able to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Good communication skills, must be able to work independently
• With strong problem-solving skills & with Fashion Sense
• Well-organized with Well-versed in computer applications - MS Office ( Excel),
• Travel to China is required but not frequently
• Immediate available is preferred
