You'll be responsible for...

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing client expectations, setting realistic timelines, and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests and deliverables are completed in a timely manner
• Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans to drive client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular project reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and assist with proposal development
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

If you are…

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in in digital marketing
• Proven track record of planning and successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media and China marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad Manager, In order to dig out insights and suggest corresponding  actionable plan to clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights and make for client satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Candidate with more experience shall be considered for Assistant Project Manager
