Job Description
Secretary / Personal Assistant - Property Development Company
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable secretary/ personal assistant with a "can-do" attitude to provide executive-level support to our busy Executive Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced local property development company and showcase your administrative expertise alongside two experienced executive assistants.
Location: Kwun Tong, Kowloon
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
- Provide executive-level assistance to very high-net-worth individuals or families. The ability to manage multiple luxury assets and services is core.
- Maintain filing systems and records, and assist with general office administration
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements on short notice
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably in a local property or real estate company
- Experience in private jet & boat management or horse ownership/ management is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes on short notice
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an asset)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
