Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable functions such as processing bills, supplier payments, etc.
• Assist with Banking functions such as going to banks, arranging checks, refunds, TT
• Perform Accounts Receivables functions such as applying for payments, customer settlements, following up with the sales team, etc.
• Maintain filing of documents
• Inputting of general ledger accounting records
• Any ad-hoc project assigned

Your education is important.  Your experience is important.  But they are not as important as your talent!
 

If you are:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Possessed 1 year of Accounting/Finance related experience at least
• Fresh Graduates with LCC higher accounting holder are considered and welcome
• Organized and manage your time effectively 
• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365/ERP system is a PLUS
• Good written and verbal communication skills; good command of English, Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Immediately available is an advantage
