What you'll do:
 

• Handle incoming phone calls and mails on behalf of clients with professionalism
• Provide quality customer services to clients and maintain smooth daily operations
• Handle customer general enquiries and resolve customer complaint cases

What we look for:

• Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 Year(s) Experience Required
• Fluent Cantonese, English & Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills and customer oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
