Responsibilities

The incumbent will work on a wide range of communications initiatives such as media outreach, editorials, interviews, launch events, familiarisation tours, KOL engagement, community outreach, and more. Key responsibilities include press office activation, event logistics planning and implementation, photography, video and production coordination, onsite assistance for location filming, writing, media tracking, report compilation as well as research and presentation support. He/She will also provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• University degree

• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken

• A minimum of four years’ relevant experience, agency or in-house

• A track record of coming up with creative story angles and consistently securing quality coverage

• Skilled at producing news-friendly draft copy, media analysis and accurate reports

• Experience in event, photography, video and design coordination

• Experience in KOL engagement and social media outreach

• Ability to create social media videos would be an advantage

• Ability to handle last-minute changes in shooting arrangements with strong problem-solving skills

• An agile multitasker

• Excellent attention to detail

• Passionate about animals, conservation, learning for young people and active lifestyles

• Available to work on weekends or public holidays for ad hoc assignments
