Job Description
OKAY.com 屋企 is a leading tech-driven real estate agency in Hong Kong specializing in luxury property. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented customer service candidate who enjoys working in a team to provide support and services to our valued clients.
具有地產經紀工作經驗的人士優先考慮,試用期後有機會晉升為高級客戶服務主任 (視乎工作表現) 。
Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and emails, and assign enquiries to our sales team
- Provide administrative support and services to our sales team to help them succeed
- General administrative and clerical support with the goal of providing great service to our wonderful colleagues
- Update property database by calling landlords
Requirements:
- Service-oriented mindset
- Conversant in Cantonese and basic English
- Comfortable on the phone
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Salary:
- Stated salary serves as guideline. Salary range may be higher or lower depending on candidate qualifications and experience
