Our client “South Pacific Hotel” is seeking a Senior Guest Services Officer / Guest Services Officer to join their company! 

Operated by South Pacific Hotel (Hong Kong) Limited, South Pacific Hotel is located in Wanchai, adjacent to the Causeway Bay premier shopping, dining and entertainment complexes, well served by the comprehensive transport network.

The 28-floor hotel comprises 298 well-appointed guest rooms and suites with panoramic views of the city. Hotel also provides well-equipped dining facilities INCLUDING Western Restaurant, Chinese restaurant and two multi-purposed functions for all sorts of business & private events.

What you’ll be doing? 

• Provide check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries
• Achieve high level of guest satisfactions in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently

 Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in hotel front desk /customer relationship
• Presentable, service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
• Responsible, self-motivated and team player
• Independent and able to work shift duty including overnight
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC Knowledge in MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with Opera PMS will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer
