Job Description

• Assist in managing and creating content for the website, including content updates and maintenance.
• Help in writing and editing marketing materials in both English and Chinese for different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and company websites.
• Support various marketing tasks/activities such as Google Ads, SEM, SEO, seminars, events and webinars.
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Help in collecting and translating data from websites, social media channels, and other digital ecosystems to deliver actionable insights.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, Instagram, Facebook advertising, and Content Marketing is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week at the office is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Work Hours

•  3 -4 days per week, 4-8 hours per day (Working hours: 9:00 am-5:30 pm)
