職責:

• 聯繫潛在客戶,了解他們的金融需求和偏好
• 向客戶解釋和推介公司的產品和服務
• 引導客戶完成產品申請和交易流程,確保客戶體驗良好
• 記錄和更新客戶信息,建立客戶檔案資料
• 主動跟進客戶,維護良好的客戶關係,提供持續的售後支援
• 達成個人和團隊的業務目標,如客戶數量、交易

工作資格：

• 具有談判、溝通和人際交往能力
• 具備良好粵語溝通能力
• 熱誠主動，良好表達、溝通技巧及良好顧客服務態度
