Duties:

- Monitor the projects status of plumbing and drainage and work-in-progress within schedule

- Coordinate and maintain good relationship with different parties, including in-house technicians, sub-contractors and clients

- Calculate and price the different kinds of projects and make reply for customers quotation 

- Supervise subordinates to follow up day to day duties including preparing photo reports, tenders and contract documents submit to Government Departments and clients 

- Visit site frequently to ensure all the parties must comply with the relevant Environmental and Safety Legislations and monitor the work quality and safety as per the client requirements 

- Handle inquiries about maintenance works 

- Handle other ad-hoc project / tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

- Degree or above (Engineering/Building Services/Electrical Engineering or related discipline) 

- 10 years or above working experience in Engineering of which 5 years at managerial level 

- Holders of Electrical / Plumber License is preferred

- Experience gained from Minor Works Contractor Company is highly preferable but not essential 

- Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc

- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese

- Strong leadership and problem solving skills, organizing and planning ability

- Willing to work out-of-office in various locations

- Less working experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
