Part time: 2 days/ week

Customer Insight Assistant (Video Analytics)

This role focuses on: 

• Work on Retail Lab project to deliver customer insights
• Support on setting up new Retail Lab stores, conducting UAT and data verification
• Assist in Retail Lab data processing, dashboard maintenance and developing case studies by analyzing video analytics (VA) data and observing shopper behavior
• Perform other ad-hoc support on research/ VA related projects as assigned
   

Success will depend on: 

• Students from Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
• Ability to multi-task with good time management
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) 
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Customer Insight Assistant (Customer Love Score)

This role focuses on:

• Provide support in all assigned research project management and survey set up
• Apply quality control on data acquired
• Analyze survey results and assist in reports preparation to summarize results 
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managers/supervisors

Success will depend on: 

• Students from Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative disciplines
• Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
• Ability to multi-task with good time management
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge in Tableau or other data visualization tools is an advantage

Data Science Assistant 

This role focuses on:

• Performing analyses on large sets of data to support various big data projects
• Evaluating machine learning models and communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to key collaborators
• Perform ad-hoc tasks

Success will depend on: 

• Familiar with both Python and SQL
• Self-motivated, adaptable in a fast paced environment and with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

CRM Assistant (Campaign Analysis)

This role focuses on:

• Perform a wide range of customer-centric analyses, including campaign performance, purchase behaviors, & customer loyalty
• Collaborate with business units in Asia to set up campaigns & create analyses highlighting business opportunities & areas for growth
• Develop regular dashboards to evaluate performance of CRM campaigns
• Prepare presentations highlighting key insights & actionable recommendations
   

Success will depend on: 

• Undergraduate students in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience in campaign management tools, (e.g. Adobe), programming and analytical reporting tools (e.g. SQL/ Tableau/ Power BI) will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and Good business and marketing acumen
