Job Details:

• Monitoring and handle the operations of Flight Operations Centre;
• Communication with crew members, clients and departments;
• Aircraft scheduling, trip & route planning and ground handling coordination;
• Analyzing various flight factors such as aviation weather, NOTAMs, runway performance, airport restrictions, weight and balance, and fuel requirement for flight planning and flight package preparations;
• Coordinate with service providers for solution of operations in efficient and effective manner in fulfilling the operational responsibilities and clients' services;
• Plan and deploy ground handling resources effectively to maximize productivity while meeting all operational requirements and timeframe;
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and authorities’ requirements including FTL, AOE, overflight, departure and arrival slots, CIQ, etc.;
• Verify of post flight data. Post flight documents processing.

Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in Hong Kong;
• Degree holder with excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Holder of FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License will be an advantage;
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in international Business Aviation operations control and dispatch;
• Solid experience in GA Flight Planning, dispatching, and operations control;
• Good team player with excellent leading, communication skills, competent in crisis management, planning and problem-solving;
• Available work shift duties including overnight and public holidays;
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer / Officer.
