Job details:

1. Onsite promote Red By Dufry loyalty program to potential customers in order to meet our monthly targets, assigned by the loyalty team
2. Handling in-store member enquiries and feedback including member recruitment and promotions etc, via available communication channels, e.g. face-to-face , social media and emails etc.
3. Provide concierge services in VIP loyalty activities, i.e. Greeting member, pre-ordering service support, personalized member shopping service and exclusive VIP events, gifts redemptions etc.
4. Administration, reporting clerical support and ad hoc loyalty projects support if necessary
5. Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager and the loyalty team

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above, fluent Putonghua, Cantonese and English
2. 1-3 years or more full-time working experience in  membership service or customer service in retail, hospitality and F&B etc. and familiar with Chinese customers and their buying behaviors
3. Attention to details, patient and customer-centric
4. Fresh graduates in hospitality management or relevant subjects are also welcomed
5. Willing to work during weekend/holidays

1. 熟悉「Red by Dufry」會員計劃並向國地客戶推廣，利用應用程式或小程序作會員登記及推動
2. 招募新會員，並於店內提供會員計劃有關服務
3. 協助會員銷售和提供客戶服務

1. 與會員計劃團隊，店內向客人推廣 Red By Dufry 會員計劃，並達至每月目標
2. 通過溝通管道，如店內直接溝通、社群媒體和電子郵件等，處理會員查詢和回饋，包括會員招募，推廣及促銷活動等等
3. 為VIP會員提供禮賓服務，如會員迎賓、預訂服務支援、個人化會員購物體驗及專屬VIP活動、禮品兌換等等
4. 提供報告文書和特別會員活動支援
5. 處理由直接經理和會員計劃團隊安排的工作

職位要求：

1. 大專或以上學歷，流利國語、粵語、英語
2. 1-3年或以上零售、酒店或餐飲服務業全職經驗，備會員服務或客戶服務經驗優先，且熟悉了解國內客人及其購買行為
3. 著重細節、耐心、以客人本
4. 歡迎酒店管理或有關課程的應屆畢業生應徵
5. 能於周末及節假日上班
