Job Duties

  • Customer Service main function, based in the Capture Experience Centre (CEC) for administration supporting Pick Up (media out) and Drop Off (PUDO) (media in) of customer media (albums, tapes, etc.)
  • Perform administration duties and support Point of Sale (POS) operation at the Capture Experience Centre/Capture Offices (Octopus, Credit Card payment etc.)
  • Handling customer enquires via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media 
  • Ad hoc collaboration with Product/Marketing/senior team on marketing and promotion, gifting, customer experience, upselling of sales order, product etc.
  • Willing to undergo background checks for privacy and security purposes

Skills and Competencies

  • Customer service experience in the retail industry
  • Demonstrate capabilities of good customer service manner, delivering a consistently high level of service implementation, improvement, and feedback
  • Independent minded, self-starter and motivated to learn, and grow into a more senior position
  • Computer Skills – Familiar with PC/Mac and MS365/Google Workspace; experience in eCommerce, ERP, CRM, POS tools are an advantage
  • Good levels of both written Chinese & spoken Cantonese are required, (Putonghua considered advantageous), with good communication skills in English for the office

  • 5-day work week; one day being inclusive of Saturday (on-site in Central office), and four (4) days during the normal working week of Monday to Friday (some flexibility of arrangement)
