Position : Senior Accountant / Accountant 

Salary : $35,000 /Negotiable 

Benefits : 13 months salary plus 2 months bonus 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder is a must, major in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Member of HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA is preferable
• At least 5 years or above experience in commercial accounting 
• With Big4 Audit plus commercial accounting experience is preferable 
• Gained supervisory experience  & China Exposure is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Accounting System (Sun System)
• Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good anlytical, organization & communication skills
• Stable, Energetic, Independent, Presentable & Pleasant 
• Immediate Available is preferable

Responsibilities : 

• Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights for offer planning.
• Work closely with Call Centre on the implementation and progress review.
• Measure, report and analyze marketing program effectiveness, keep track of in-base performance with company KPIs.
• Rollout and formulate the retention / upsell strategy.
• Work with cross-functional departments for various marketing campaigns, performing quality checking and measuring the program effectiveness.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors' offer.
• Perform program launch, logistics. analysis
• Monitor channels performance with company KPIs
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects.
