Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a second tier to the Senior Manager of Human Resources, assisting in formulating, implementing and managing all-round HR functions in compliance with the legal requirements;
- Plan and execute front-line staff recruitment strategies.,
- Closely manage the day-to-day HR operation and ovesee the implementation of effective recruitment strategies, compensation plans, benefit programs, and employee development initiatives, ensuring they attract, retain, and motivate employees;
- Handling any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by Senior Manager of HR
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in human resources preferably gained in sizable firm
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- High sense of responsibility, detail-mined, well organized and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and Excel functions
- Immediate available is highly preferred
