Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide customer services at our HK service center
- Handle customer enquiries and acting as a bridge between Company and its existing and potential clients
- Promote the company products and services to potential and existing customers through direct marketing
- Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hospitality, property or retail service will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good communication skill and customer service focused
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
