Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide customer services at our HK service center
• Handle customer enquiries and acting as a bridge between Company and its existing and potential clients
• Promote the company products and services to potential and existing customers through direct marketing
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers

Requirements 

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hospitality, property or retail service will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good communication skill and customer service focused
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
