Responsibilities

  • Execute paid-media campaigns across biddable channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, as well as some self-serve programmatic platforms
  • Daily monitoring on campaigns to ensure results are delivered as planned and KPI targets are met. Continuously test, optimize, and improve the campaign performance
  • Keep track of campaign pacing and ensure budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits. Conduct regular account billing and invoicing
  • Assist in building biddable media tactics such as campaign proposal, keyword development, ad copywriting
  • Work closely with planning team and project manager in strategic planning to reach targeted customer segments across digital channels
  • Support data analyst to implement ad tracking, web analytics, and measurement tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Campaign Manager
  • Prepare regular reports, performance review presentations, campaign insights and recommendations
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and planning team

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • 0-2 years of digital/ media planning experience (Fresh Graduate Welcome) 
  • Hands-on experience in operating various digital media channels (Social Media, SEM, Display, Shopping, Programmatic)
  • Strong knowledge in online marketing tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Analytical and strategic, strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Good team player, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking with good organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Digital savvy, with proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing industry news and developments
