We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our team and support customer projects. As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to participate in LLM and AI solutions and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to gather and understand their business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative systems and applications to meet customer needs and project objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact and liaison between the customer and internal development teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Provide solution design at presales stage and working with technical team to formulate to meet customer’s requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in the IT industry.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst in a minimum of 2 application development projects, demonstrating the ability to gather customer requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced customer-driven environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Prior project experience on AI or LLM will be added advantage.
