Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable (AR) team
• Prepare AR aging report, credit control reports and other trend analysis
• Perform regular credit review, implement credit control procedures and policy
• Assist in coordinating and resolving internal and external disputes on receivable related matters
• Perform period end closing tasks, including financial and management reporting for business units
• Handle AR daily operations and initiatives to drive operation efficiency
• Assist Accountant in annual external/internal audit and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Student member of a Recognized Professional Institute of Accountants (HKICPA, ACCA, etc.)
• At least 3 years of working experience in accountancy firm or commercial sector with at least 1 year experience managing/mentoring staff
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Analytical, detailed-oriented and sense of crisis management
• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong command in speaking & writing English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC skills
• SAP system experience is required
