Concierge (Shopping Mall – North Point)

Responsibilities

• To provide customer services to tenants / visitors and handle customers' enquiries & complaints in Shopping Mall
• To oversee the daily duties with the support of the management office
• To provide administrative support, clerical work and ad-hoc task as required by the Superior
• Working Day: 5.5 days per week
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (shift duty between 08:00 to 22:00) 
• Monthly Salary $17,500-18,000

Requirement

• F.5 / HKDSE or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good in English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
• Familiar with PC applications
• Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
