• Primary owner of communication on development with designer and suppliers;
• Involve the whole product development process from design briefing to proto sampling with team to accomplish R&D milestones;
• Work closely with sales team, design team, production team to complete the product development; 
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on product purchasing;
• Provide clerical and administrative support on daily operation of product development department;
• He/she will work with manufacturing during the design stages to incorporate manufacturability into the product designs;
• He/she will perform other special projects and functions as assigned by the department manager.

Requirements:

• Working experience in watch product development is an must;
• Must have excellent attention to detail while managing multi-tasking across multiple seasons;
• Ability to prioritize and meet essential deadlines;
• Effective problem solving, Organizational skills and negotiation skills are required;
• Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with several cross functional teams;
• A strong written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin is a must.
