Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement diverse marketing programs to support sales strategies
• Produce marketing and promotional materials across various platforms, including social media and advertorials for marketing campaigns, sales support etc
• Liaise and communicate with Principals, work partners, vendors etc on daily basis
• Prepare bilingual content for corporate communication materials and social media platforms
• Prepare powerpoint presentations for Principals, B2B marketing
• Supervise and lead marketing executives and photographers in daily operations
• Assist in daily administrative and financial procedures
• Handle ad hoc projects as requested

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of solid experience in marketing or advertising/PR agencies.
• Possess a good knowledge of sales marketing and corporate marketing
• Knowledge or experience in advertising and OOH (Out-of-Home) would be an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, responsive with problem solving ability
• Proficiency in MS applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.  Experience in using Canva and other video editing software
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position
