Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diverse marketing programs to support sales strategies
- Produce marketing and promotional materials across various platforms, including social media and advertorials for marketing campaigns, sales support etc
- Liaise and communicate with Principals, work partners, vendors etc on daily basis
- Prepare bilingual content for corporate communication materials and social media platforms
- Prepare powerpoint presentations for Principals, B2B marketing
- Supervise and lead marketing executives and photographers in daily operations
- Assist in daily administrative and financial procedures
- Handle ad hoc projects as requested
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of solid experience in marketing or advertising/PR agencies.
- Possess a good knowledge of sales marketing and corporate marketing
- Knowledge or experience in advertising and OOH (Out-of-Home) would be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, responsive with problem solving ability
- Proficiency in MS applications, including PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in using Canva and other video editing software
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position
