Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and compliments via email and the Facebook Page.
• Deliver a seamless online shopping experience to our customers.
• Maintain good relationships with premier customers.
• Provide administrative/operational support to the operations team.
• Responsible for ad-hoc duties as requested.

Job Requirements

• F.5/DSE or above.
• 1-2 years of working experience in customer service.
• Experience in order follow-up with customers and vendors.

• Well-organized, energetic, cheerful, and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficient with computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
