We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic (Senior) Project Executive to join the team. In this role, you will assist in the execution of various projects on behalf of our project management team. You will be the bridge between different teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Communicate effectively with external parties, partners, and clients regarding project-related matters.
• Provide summaries of project status and report any outstanding issues to the team.
• Oversee project timelines, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with designers, IT teams and product managers to resolve project-related issues.
• Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects within the specified timeline.
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling tasks across different projects.
• Take ownership of tasks/projects from inception to delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Event Management, PR or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and project management, preferably from the marketing, agency, or event industry.
• Proficiency with Canva or other photo editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
