Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitors, develops, and manages the processes for ensuring customer applications, returns, exchanges, service, and repairs are done with speed and accuracy, all order fulfilment issues are resolved professionally.
- Respond to all internal and external parties’ communication in a timely, friendly, and thorough manner.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Assessing operation statistics and preparing regular reports to superior / customers.
- Document the procedures in standard format and timely maintain the updated information.
- Support superior on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration or relevant field.
- At least 5 years working experience in Customer Service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP, experience in SAP is an advantage.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with internal and external parties
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strategic and forward thinker who is proactive, upbeat.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Semi-conductor industry with Reverse logistics knowledge is a plus.
