Responsibilities:

• Accurately and independently allocate products to sales orders to drive sales, optimize inventory levels, and align with current market dynamics.
• Plan stock for new product launches, events, and new store openings. Manage in-house and retailer network stock aging and phase-out products.
• Actively contribute to sales objectives and shipping call preparation by analyzing sell-in, sell-out, stock data, and consumer trends.
• Become proficient in all logistics-related processes and workflows using Dynamics 365, WSA, and VSTS systems.
• Address retailer inquiries regarding products and coordinate retailer collection schedules.
• Provide support for ad-hoc logistics tasks, including product-related activities, data processing, and user settings in relevant systems.
• Collaborate closely and work as a team with internal stakeholders to enhance sales and distribution performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Operations or related field
• 5 years of work experience in retail or logistics, preferably in luxury retail
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
