Job Descriptions:

• Communicate with other Hubs and Gateways on real time flight and shipment monitoring
• Handling of day to day operations, email and phone inquiries
• Handle flight and shipment document
• Assisting in coordinating and clarifying booking situation with clients
• Monitoring flight maximization and feedback vital information to immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 2 years experience in industry of transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations or freight forwarding 
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good analytical, telephone manner customer services skill
