Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the S&OP process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies
• Manage demand and supply planning activities, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management to keep the optimal local inventory and able to meet delivery and sales target
• Liaise with PD and Operations teams to ensure smooth New Product launches and Continuously Improving production prcoesses
• Collect and analyze sales, demand, and supply data to support the S&OP process
• Create KPI reports on sales/demand forecast accuracy, run-rate, inventory and supply including inventory level
• Ensure that the S&OP process reflects the market needs and to monitor the replenishment as per the S&OP process
• Investigate, with IT, and improved S&OP toolkit and ways of using AI to further enhance and reduce the cost of S&OP. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in supply chain with sound knowledge on business, demand or supply planning, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry
• Proven ability to excel in data analysis, identifying root causes, and effectively solving problems
• Skilled in understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable strategies
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Able to travel occasionally
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales & Operations Planning Manager
