As our new Travel Retail colleague, you will contribute to the growth of our business by supporting the Travel Retail team in all sales channels (Airports, Cruises, and ferries) with projects and tactics. In doing so, you have a proactive mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box. You’ll get the opportunity to work with many people across the world and see all aspects of our business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Operation

• Oversee Purchase Orders of Travel partners to ensure on-time product launches and promotions.
• Prepare new product presentations and price lists.
• Propose assortment by door to Travel partners.
• Generate sales reports and perform sales analysis. 
• Arrange styling items for all doors and ensure brand image and visual merchandising are in line with brand standards and philosophy.
• Coordinate and execute the setup of all promotions, in-store programs, and activities.
• Being the first contact for all operational issues.
   

Marketing & Training 

• Coordinate and execute Newness and marketing promotions in collaboration with the Travel Retail Account Manager and Marketing team.
• Prepare both online and offline marketing materials occasionally to support promotions.
• Coordinate with Travel partners and Trainers for new BA training and seasonal training.
• Conduct in-store BA and GS coaching whenever necessary
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3-5 years of relevant Travel Retail experience, preferably in the Beauty industry
• Team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, hands-on mentality, and capability to work hard
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
• High in energy, open personality
• Fun and spontaneous character
• Fluent in both written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
