Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Customer Services, Claims and Underwriting teams in providing necessary supports in daily operations;
• Manage and drive team productivity to achieve/exceed the respective service level agreement;
• Streamline the workflow so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness, improving client service and compile with statutory requirements;
• Develop, coach and provide development opportunities for team members.

Requirements：

• University degree or accredited insurance professional qualification;
• 8 years in general insurance policy operation and at least 3 years in a supervisory role will be and advantage;
• Proficient in Chinese and English spoken and written expressions;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Manger.
