Job Description

Responsible for providing support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing correspondence, answering emails, dealing with incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
  • Drafting, formatting and printing relevant documents.
  • Maintaining and ordering of office and stationary supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Fresh graduate welcome.
