Job Description
Responsible for providing support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence, answering emails, dealing with incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Drafting, formatting and printing relevant documents.
- Maintaining and ordering of office and stationary supplies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fresh graduate welcome.
