Responsibilities

• To assist in daily property operations and management
• To handle clients’ inquires and deliver quality service
• To monitor contractors work and manage daily property operations
• To organize property activities
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of working experience in property management
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred

More experience will be considered as Property Officer
