The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience at our luxury residential properties or shopping malls. Key responsibilities include the handling of handover works, customer enquiries & complaints, assisting clubhouse and other building management assignments. 

Requirements: 

• University students in any disciplines 
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in property management, customer service or hospitality industries. Fresh graduates also be considered
• Pleasant, proactive and with strong customer service mindset 
• Effective  communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English, fluency in Putonghua is a must 
• Computer literate include Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint

要求 

• 任何學科範疇的大學畢業生 
• 1-2年物業管理、客戶服務或酒店業相關經驗，應屆畢業生亦會考慮
