Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience at our luxury residential properties or shopping malls. Key responsibilities include the handling of handover works, customer enquiries & complaints, assisting clubhouse and other building management assignments.
Requirements:
- University students in any disciplines
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in property management, customer service or hospitality industries. Fresh graduates also be considered
- Pleasant, proactive and with strong customer service mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English, fluency in Putonghua is a must
- Computer literate include Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint

要求
- 任何學科範疇的大學畢業生
- 1-2年物業管理、客戶服務或酒店業相關經驗,應屆畢業生亦會考慮
- 積極主動﹑熱衷於提供優越客戶服務體驗
- 擁有良好的人際關係及溝通技巧
- 良好的粵語和英語讀寫能力,能操流利普通話
- 良好的電腦應用能力,包括 Microsoft Words、Excel 和 Powerpoint
