Company Background:

Our client is a reputable Multi-National Corporation (MNC) headquartered in USA, and regarded as the industry leader in the market. This position will manage a sizable team and report directly to the VP Finance.

About the Opportunity:

Working closely with the cross functional Directors, you will be responsible for delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual closing reports, Statutory reporting, treasury management, and payroll finance activities to ensure the business objectives are met. You will be also responsible for consolidation of accounting reports and conduct gap analysis with commentary to senior management. You will be responsible for managing a sizable team to ensure working efficiency across the group. You will be responsible for regulatory reporting according to US GAAP, IFRS and ensure proper policies and procedures are in place. You will drive automation and system enhancements and other transformation projects.

Candidate requirements:

The successful applicant should have at least 12 years of relevant Accounting & Financial Reporting experience who can lead on a strategic level but also willing to roll up his/her sleeves. Trained in Big 4 Accounting firm is required. Deep knowledge in the Services Industry is highly advantageous. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and have worked in a sizeable organisation. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must. CPA qualified is a must.
