Job Duties:

• Responsible for facility management and maintenance work
• Planning recreational activities and programmes
• Maintain and recruit essential manpower for operation
• Set up SOP and clubhouse Rules & Regulation
• Handling handover & defect
• Build up good relationship with resident

Requirements:

• Have a Diploma in Hotel / Sports & Recreation Management / Facility Management or equivalent
• Have at least 5-year managerial working experience in Residential Clubhouse / Hotel Management
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 
• Shift duty and work on weekends and Public Holidays is required 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clubhouse Manager
