Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the new Oracle accounting system. Collaborate with the project team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to the new Oracle system, including data migration and system configuration.
• Provide testing support for the Chart of Account (COA) conversion to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and organizational requirements.
• Perform validation of accounting entries within the new system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify any issues or discrepancies, and work with the project team members to resolve them before the system goes live.
• Support routine accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting and assist in month-end closing processes.
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency with Oracle accounting system or similar ERP systems, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize the software effectively.
• Knowledgeable in COA conversion testing is highly preferred.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work. Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
