The Amway Summer Trainee Program aims at providing university students the opportunity to understand the direct selling industry and get prepared for their future career development through the extensive trainings. 
 

Experience & Operation Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries via multiple channels including email and live chat
• Aid in the gathering and analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements
• Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Responsible for integrating existing FAQ into the Zendesk Help Center to enhance our self-service resources and improve customer support efficiency.
• Perform testing on various systems (Mobile Application and Web)
• Prepare test plans and test cases
• Document test results and report any UI, functionality or performance issues
• Assist in UAT and provide end-user support
• Support in Digital projects implementation if needed

Requirements：

• Internship length: 8 weeks
• Undergraduate students of graduation year 2024/2025; currently studying bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Digital or related disciplines
• Able to work as a full-time trainee from July – August and part-time trainee in September
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Experience in digital, CS, supply chain or logistics will be a great advantage
• Effective communication skills
