Job Responsibilities:

• To work with team manager in order to achieve sales targets by proactively approaching potential customers and maintain strong relationship with existing partners and clients; 
• To handle quotation, prepare and follow up contract, proposal and related documents to clients;
• Expand the client base and drive sales pipeline through warm and cold call, e-mail, event and online communication tools;
• Implement a standard operation flow and achieve business development goals;
• To communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary/University qualification or above in any discipline;
• At least 3 years’ business development, sales, telesales or relevant experience;
• Candidate have Freight, Logistic, Finance, eCommerce or Dropship background would be an advantage;
• Effective interpersonal, analytical sense, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills;
• Experience in using AWS connect, chatbot is an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Energetic, good team player, proactive and self-motivated;
• Less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered as Business Development Assistant

Location : InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong (5min-walk from Kowloon Tong MTR station)
