Responsibilities
 

• Well known of Trading and Manufacturing background.
• In charge of Accounting Department, Not only responsible for handling full set account, handling general accounting duties, invoice checking, supplier statement reconciliation, consolidation, month­-end and year­-end accounting report, financial reports, etc., but also have full set of books analysis;
• Ensure all AR and AP related transactions checking and well prepared in correctness;
• Liaise with auditors to facilitate external audits
• Deal with bankers in professional manner;
• Provide professional idea for investment and monthly variance against budget and provide analysis of differences;
• Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management accounting, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast;
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions as needed;
• Recommend internal control policies and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies requirements.

Requirement

• At least 5 years' experience in both Manufacturing & Trading background;
• Bachelor's Degree with an internationally recognized professional  qualification in Accounting related discipline with LCCI Level 3 or above
• Well experience in MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word processing; well versed in using accounting software(Peachtree/ ERP systems and MS office; 
• Experience in liaising with mainland suppliers and overseas customers is      preferrable
• Experience in handling company secretarial tasks (e.g. filing of annual return) would be a plus
• Profession in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility.
