What you’ll do

• 監督前線保安團隊工作
• Supervise and provide guidance to a Security Personnel team.
• 巡邏確保保安團隊工作表現
• Conduct patrols to monitor security guards' performance and ensure adherence to protocols.
• 招聘保安團隊成員及人員調動
• Recruitment for Security Personnel and Manpower Assignment
• 準備報告、文書處理及電腦操作
• Prepare daily reports summarizing key security incidents.
• 良好客戶服務及領導力
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Key Qualifications

• 8年或以上保安相關經驗當中最少3年保安管理級經驗
• Min 8 years experience in security personnel with at least 3 year experience in security supervisory role
• 曾任職保安營運經理等管理崗位優先考慮
• Experience in security operations managerial role will be an advantage
• 較少管理經驗將委任為助理保安營運經理
• Lesser experience in security operations managerial role will be appointed as Assistant Operations Manager - Security
• 持有效QAS證書及保安人員許可證
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and Certificate of Quality Assurance System Compliance
• 持有效香港駕駛執照1及2號優先考慮
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License No. 1 & 2 will be an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• 熟練電腦操作包括MS Office及中英文輸入法
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
• 勤勞、有責任心、客戶服務精神
• Hardworking, responsible and customer oriented,
• 良好人際技巧和溝通技巧
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
• 可即時上班優先
• Immediate available is an advantage
