Responsibilities:

• Directly report to HK Division Head
• Identify training and development needs to cope with company business
• Understand team's frontline staff needs and improvement in service capability
• Follow up the new joiner orientation program and track progress
• Support marketing events to promote company brands and products when necessary
• Work with retail supervisor in-store
• Work with the Counter Manager in handling customer service inquiries
• Serve as a role model for customer service excellence and ensure staff are delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years retail training experience in luxury brand gained from skincare/beauty industry is a must.
• Working experience in front line or boutique level is an advantage
• Good knowledge in skincare, customer service and selling technique.
• Customer-oriented, proactive to customers and sensitive to beauty trends
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good at video editing is an advantage
• Proficient with computer skills and MS Office
• Less Experience will consider to Skincare Product Trainer
